Your Role:

 

As a Junior HR Business Partner for the Post Trading Division, you will work with us in a fast-paced and growing business environment. In addition to strategic advising of executives, you will also be responsible for attracting new talent. Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Provide competent and trustworthy advice to our executives and employees on all HR-related, strategic, labor, and social security issues, both for our Frankfurt and Prague locations
  • Support the recruiting process, from creating job profiles to leading and coordinating further steps until successful onboarding in collaboration with Recruitment team and HR services team
  • Support the identification of internal talents for succession planning, talent program participation, or promotion panels.
  • Collaborate strategically with the leadership team on organizational changes and their implementation.
  • Foster a trusting and constructive collaboration with relevant HR interfaces (HR Services, Center of Excellence) and employee representatives
  • Support the implementation of individual personnel measures, data maintenance and administrative processes

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Completed business studies with a focus on HR, labor law, or a comparable qualification.
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in an international corporation, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role with a strong affinity for HR topics.
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security, and tax law in Czechia and Germany
  • Hands-on mentality with a strong service orientation and confident, friendly demeanor.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent working style with a high degree of team spirit and flexibility.
  • Communication and presentation skills in both German and English, as well as persuasiveness and intercultural competence.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and initial experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors is desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for innovation and current topics and trends.
