Your area of work:

The Regulatory Reporting Officer contributes to Clearstream’s compliance with financial, regulatory, legal, and statutory reporting obligations. The role is responsible for preparing, validating, and submitting accurate supervisory and statistical reports to authorities including the CSSF and BCL. The position supports audit processes, ensures data integrity, and contributes to the enhancement of reporting procedures in line with regulatory and organizational developments.

 

Your responsibilities:

Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor daily regulatory ratios

  • Prepare and submit regulatory and statistical reports.

  • Assess regulatory requirements and financial information.

  • Execute assigned ad‑hoc reporting activities.

Policy & Procedure Governance:

  • Maintain and update internal regulatory reporting procedures.

  • Implement regulatory-driven updates and changes.

Internal Controls & Compliance:

  • Perform reporting in line with internal control frameworks.

  • Maintain audit trails.

  • Reconcile figures against source systems.

  • Adhere to CRR and apply IFRS where relevant.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in Finance or related field.

  • First relevant experience in regulatory reporting.

  • IFRS knowledge is an asset.

  • Proficiency in A360 and Excel. S4 Hana is a plus.

  • Ability to work with large datasets.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Clear communication in English.

  • Proactive and collaborative mindset.
