Your area of work:
As a working student (f/m/d) you will support the Third Party Risk Management team in ensuring the integrity of the outsourcing framework at Eurex Clearing AG, in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements. The Third Party Risk Management team is responsible for overseeing operational control processes related to the identification and assessment of outsourcing arrangements, the monitoring of associated risks, as well as both regular and ad-hoc reporting to the Executive Management of Eurex Clearing AG.
Your responsibilities:
- You will gain interesting insights in the management of outsourcings and the corresponding control and monitoring processes
- You will assist with the administration of the outsourcing portfolio of Eurex Clearing within the outsourcing register
- You will support the team in the regular review and maintenance of the outsourcing framework to help ensure alignment with Eurex Clearing’s strategic and regulatory requirements.
- Additionally, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of outsourcing management processes by assisting in the documentation, coordination, and follow-up of control and monitoring activities.
- Furthermore, you will support the team in the preparation of the annual outsourcing review, preparing the performance of risk assessments and exit/action plans for outsourcing relations, together with the preparation of the management reporting
Your profile:
- You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters (Study focus in the field of informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business studies, humanities or other relevant fields)
- Your interest in Third Party Risk Management and your ambition to build a career in this field make you a valuable addition to the team.
- Your strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with your ability to work independently and think analytically enable you to contribute effectively from the start.
- You have very good knowledge in Microsoft 365 (especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint und MS Word).
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
