Your area of work:
Reporting to the Head of Facility Management, you will have proven track record of experience in building management through various operational and technical services. This role requires a good level of interaction with other department of Clearstream and external partners/providers. Customer focus along with diplomacy and excellent communication skills are key for this role also due to manage suppliers / contracts. You will also need to be confident in managing project or supervise site works and workers/companies. A special focus on Health & Safety rules and regulations will be requested.
Flexibility might be required (working in shift and on call permanence).
Your responsibilities:

Develop and monitor the Health & Safety rules & regulations for the Luxembourg office. You will be part of the H&S committee for DBAG offices worldwide

Manage H&S e-learning tool – Keeping the various presentations updated and ensuring all building users have completed the appropriate modules

Develop a good working knowledge of all FM operational and technical processes and systems
-
Develop and maintain processes in relation to building management.

Tracking and follow-up of tickets raised through helpdesk system

Procurement and contract management – ensure that contract requirements are delivered

Anticipate internal customer needs and expectations.

Be part of various building/construction projects (optional)
Your profile:
-
3-5 years of relevant work experience in property / building management
-
Having the certification “Travailleur Designe” level C (or ready to follow the certification in a short time frame)

Excellent understanding of Health & Safety at work regulations

Project Management skills
-
Experience in an international environment would be a significant advantage

Self-motivated, resilient, flexible and adaptable approach

Good organization skills, with attention to details

Ability to effectively prioritize and work under pressure to meet targets & deadlines

Effective communicator with fluency in English and French. German will be a strong asset

Good knowledge and experience of service contracts including procurement issues

Good knowledge of standard computer applications and office software
