Ihr Arbeitsgebiet:

Der Bereich Konsolidierung ist Teil des Group Accounting und verantwortlich für die Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses nach IFRS und die damit verbundene laufende Analyse und Bewertung von Rechnungslegungsfragen nach IFRS. Wir glauben daran, den Status quo in Frage zu stellen und Innovationen anzunehmen. Bei uns beschränken Sie sich nicht auf die traditionellen Aufgaben der Konzernrechnungslegung. Stattdessen haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihren Horizont zu erweitern und eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben zu übernehmen, die über die reinen Zahlen hinausgehen.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

Finanzberichterstattung für die Gruppe Deutsche Börse:
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS
- Durchführen von analytischen Auswertungen
- Unterstützung in der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten/Rechnungslegungsrichtlinien im Rahmen der Umsetzung neuer Rechnungslegungsvorschriften (IFRS oder HGB) und Implementierung neuer Prozess
Mitwirkung bei SAP S/4 Hana Projekten/strategischen gruppenweiten Finance-Projekten:
- Unterstützung bei Projekten zur Verbesserung der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen sowie der Erstellung von Anhangsangaben in Jahresabschlüssen
Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Kontrollen:
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sowie Weiterentwicklung der konzernweiten Standards und Richtlinien
- Überprüfung und Weiterentwicklung des internen Kontrollsystems

Ihr Profil:

Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
Gutes Verständnis von Jahresabschlüssen und erste praktische Erfahrungen
Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen mit SAP S/4 Hana gesammelt
Eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise im Team ist für Sie eine Selbstverständlichkeit
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative (inkl. Weiterbildung in neuen Rechnungslegungsanforderungen)
Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
