Your Role:

 

As an HR Specialist for our intern and student workforce, you will work with us in a dynamic and growing business environment. Working from Prague, you will be responsible for both strategic advising of executives and the recruitment and management of new talent in Eschborn. Your Responsibilities:

 

  • You will manage the student and intern support area in Germany
  • You will participate in recruitment processes
  • You will provide HR-related support to students and interns in both German and English
  • You will advise and support executives on all matters related to students and interns
  • You will handle contract management, as well as the creation of certificates and references
  • You will manage personnel master data via SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, and maintain digital personnel files
  • You will ensure compliance with legal requirements in social security and tax law
  • You will contribute to the implementation of HR digitalization projects
  • You will participate in fairs and information events, representing Deutsche Börse Group

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • You have completed business studies with a focus on HR, labor law, or a comparable qualification
  • You possess initial relevant professional experience in an international corporation, ideally in an HR environment
  • You have a hands-on mentality with a strong service orientation and a confident, friendly demeanor
  • You demonstrate a proactive, structured, and independent working style with a high degree of team spirit and flexibility
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English, as well as persuasiveness and intercultural competence
  • You possess excellent knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and initial experience with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
  • You have enthusiasm for innovation and current topics and trends
  • You have very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
