Your area of work
The Funding & Financing Product Design team is the architect of Eurex's core repo business. Our mission is to create and enhance state-of-the-art products for electronically traded and cleared transactions. We operate in a dynamic environment where your contribution has a direct impact. Your responsibilities
- Drive the strategic development and expansion of the centrally cleared buy-side repo business
- Directly engage with existing and prospective clients to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Oversee and support the entire value chain, from trading and clearing to collateral management and settlement
- Take ownership of analyzing and specifying business requirements to prepare for the implementation of new IT and functional concepts
- Play a key role in major, Eurex-wide projects, including the development and maintenance of project, cost, revenue, and milestone plans
- Compile status reports and committee presentations to facilitate information exchange and support decision-making processes
Your profile
- You hold an university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline
- You have a foundational 1-3 years experience in the securities or securities financing space (Repo, Securities Lending), ideally from a role in trading, settlement, or treasury unit within a leading bank, asset manager, or corporation
- You demonstrate strong project management capabilities and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Your approach is highly structured and results-driven, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- You are exceptionally organized, with a meticulous eye for detail
- You are highly skilled in MS Office, especially with PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for analysis
- You have excellent communication skills in English, additional German language skills would be a valuable asset
