Area of Work:
In this role, you will support our project management team by bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to a variety of communication needs. You will help transform complex project information into well‑crafted, engaging messages that enable stakeholders to quickly understand progress, risks, and priorities. Working closely with management and project leads, you will contribute to high‑quality communication materials - from steering‑ready PowerPoint presentations to concise internal and external project updates - always aligned with professional standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect project inputs, structure updates, and prepare management‑ready reports
- Create and refine PowerPoint presentations for steering meetings, leadership reviews, and project updates
- Translate complex information into clear messages, visuals, and stakeholder‑friendly communication
- Support the creation of communication materials, including concise updates for external channels (e.g., LinkedIn)
Your Profile:
- Strong ability to structure complex information in a clear and professional way
- Excellent written communication and visual storytelling skills
- Confident working with PowerPoint and preparing polished presentations
- Interest in project management, stakeholder communication, and high‑quality reporting
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a management‑facing environment
