Our Graduate Trainee Programme provides recent graduates with a unique opportunity to develop expertise in regulatory and control areas such as Audit & Group Compliance. Through hands-on experience, dedicated training, and expert mentorship, you'll gain the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in a dynamic financial market environment.

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of compliance and audit through exposure to diverse perspectives.
- Expand your international network and gain deep insights into projects, strategies and cultures through placements focused on regulatory and control topics
- We'll provide support in developing key relationships within the industry to prepare you for a successful career.
- Throughout the entire programme, you will be supported by an individual mentor who will provide guidance and advice
- You will have the opportunity to express your preferences for the third rotation station
Your profile:
- You have recently completed your university degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, Finance, or a related field
- Ideally, you have already gained first professional work experience in an environment close to one of the working areas above (e.g. internships, student jobs, etc.)
- You possess strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- You are also highly detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- You are proactive in pursuing goals and embrace challenges as opportunities.
- You value diversity and welcome new perspectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – German language skill would be a strong asset
