Corporate IT is the Enterprise IT of Deutsche Boerse Group, developing and operating IT services for all corporate functions, as well as the data warehouses and reference data / master data applications which provide security, price and corporate action data for the cash, post- and pre-trade processes.

As Head of Corporate Websites, you will join our Corporate IT leadership team as a highly experienced leader. 
In a dynamic, customer- and technology-oriented environment, you would be engaged in both – our customer excellence as well as supporting us in our journey towards the cloud and new enterprise services.
Our state-of-art Corporate Websites with excellence Client Experience is the first touch base of our customers to start their customer journey. You will be part of a diverse team that challenges itself to provide simple solutions to complex problems and the best business outcomes. Our Corporate Websites solutions are built on advanced internet technologies and cloud solutions, ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle. 
As an experienced IT Leader your expertise lies in using diverse technologies for brand awareness and marketing purposes within the full customer life cycle. You have a deep technical understanding of the of Content Management solution embedded into an eco-system of diverse internet facing website presents. You possess strong analytical skills and leverage data-driven insights to optimize performance management systems and drive.

Your responsibilities:

  • Performance Management Optimization: You leverage data analytics and performance metrics to optimize performance management systems. You identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and implement automation where possible to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Strategic planning and leadership of all aspects of Internet development, including website design, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and other digital initiatives. 
  • Oversee implementation and optimization projects. 
  • Oversee and optimize BAU activities.
  • Plan and oversee budget.
  • Integration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance digital services and customer experience.
  • Leading and developing a talented team of developers, designers, and project managers. 
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of the company's digital projects and strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance in all activities related to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Provide guidance for business owners on all topics related to the team’s scope.


Your profile:

  • Experience in CoreMedia or similar enterprise CMS
  • Experience in Pinuts, Typo3 and/or similar tools used for digital experience solutions
  • Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools.
  • Have experience of working across implementation project lifecycles – from design to go-live support.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of customer website and content management, technology, and delivery experience.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Cloud applications, architecture and best practice use cases.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in event driven architecture and/or the design and utilization of APIs. 
  • Demonstrate an interest in innovative technologies e.g.  Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Automation.
  • Possess very strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Be able to plan and deliver high quality work!
  • Manage senior business stakeholders using clear communication and be able to form strong business relationships.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of risk in relation to website projects.
  • Understand processes and regulations of a large scale company
  • Experience within a highly regulated business environment
  • Expertise in design thinking methods.
  • Work effectively within an inclusive team and actively support the development of individuals and teams.
  • Proven expertise in project management (both agile and predictive) of complex infrastructure and application development projects 
  • Proven expertise in dev/ops.
  • Excellent communications skills, own initiatives, able to work independently and excellent analytical skills round of your profile.
  • Hands-on mentality, support in Run the Company as well as Change the Company.
  • Lead by example, guide and inspire by own behavior Critical thinking and problem solving mentality
  • Respond to challenges in a structured and focused manner
