Your area of work:

Corporate IT is the Enterprise IT of Deutsche Boerse Group, developing and operating IT services for all corporate functions, as well as the data warehouses and reference data / master data applications which provide security, price and corporate action data for the cash, post- and pre-trade processes.
You would be joining our Corporate IT management team – a highly experienced. In a dynamic, customer- and technology-oriented environment, you would be engaged in both – our SAP team and our cloud journey towards public cloud vendors, as well as supporting us in our journey towards the cloud and new enterprise services.


This state-of-art Customer Experience of the SAP Sales and Service Cloud allows turning raw data into the real business value. Your Responsibilities:

  • Good understanding of Controlling Business Processes particularly (but not mandatory) in End-to-End collaboration to Finance , Master data and Billing.
  • Conduct CO / PS / PM process configuration, including integration with other modules and SAP products like FI, SD, Treasury, HR, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing business operations using new SAP functions.
  • Identify root causes and solutions for recurring and daily problems, delivery changes requests and projects.
  • Support business with the introduction of future-oriented, digital solutions - with a special focus on Planning & Financial Controlling.
  • Support and supervision of key users from the Controlling area and advising on process improvements and their technical implementation.
  • Variety of tasks: You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in transformation agile projects, from analysis and functional design to the implementation of digital solutions in SAP
  • Responsibility: In your role you will have the opportunity to take on a leading role in project implementation and be responsible for your own (sub)projects.
  • Support the digitization strategy of Deutsche Börse Group towards agile development on Cloud.
  • Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools.
  • Implement and deploy technical set-up in line with the solution design.
  • Actively collaborate with the teams in Frankfurt, Luxembourg and Cork to develop, customize and deliver problem/incident resolutions and supporting customers.
  • Maintain documentation and create detailed functional specifications for technical (e.g.ABAP) teams.
  • Work with internal and external IT personal on configurations and developments that might impact Controlling area.
  • Train and spread knowledge through the team.

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, data science or a comparable education
  • Several years of professional experience in the implementation of SAP solutions in Planning & Financial Controlling
  • Relevant practical experience in the configuration and support of SAP CO, in particular knowledge of Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management is desirable.
  • Desire for exciting projects, strong team orientation, competent in analysis and methodology
  • Understanding of Data Governance processes and data in general
  • Good communications skills, own initiatives, able to work independently and excellent analytical skills round of your profile.
  • Financial Services experience is a plus.
  • Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile.
  • Experience with all aspects of SAP implementation process like business process analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, user training and production support.
  • Experience with S/4HANA FIORI applications and new data model in Finance.
