We are an innovative technology company committed to delivering exceptional support to our customers in the area of IT security. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the efficient operation and support of IT security access and are both developing and automating processes, for high-level customer satisfaction.

 

As an IT Security Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the processes that facilitate efficient user onboarding and application access management. This role includes troubleshooting and investigating issues as they occur, as well as exploring opportunities for automating existing processes.

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Perform user administration functions necessary to manage user accounts within designated systems and applications, e.g. Active directory, following established policies and instructions
  • Maintain existing Jira processes for automating user access and improving the automation process
  • Interact with internal users as well as with other IT teams, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved
  • Work closely with the support teams, providing level 2 support, to ensure the incidents are adequately resolved
  • Implement standard changes and service requests
  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding user changes
  • Documentation management

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • University degree BAC+2/3 or higher technical degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent through relevant work experience (3+ years)
  • Good knowledge in Windows and/or Linux products (Windows servers, Active Directory…) and scripting languages (e,g. Powershell, Python)
  • Functional knowledge of user management tools and processes, including ticketing systems such as Jira
  • Creative thinker and analytical problem-solver with ability to work under pressure
  • Team player and good communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
