Centre of Competence – Business Transformation - is composed of all operational staff in the Governance Hub allocated to ‘change’ activities. Staff in this team have a strong business knowledge and understand the applications used within operations.

This team is also aggregating all external customer testing activities and acts as the Central point for any external customer testing with standardized processes.

As a Customer Test Officer, you will be assisting B2B clients (large financial institutions operating on the market) in implementing Clearstream Banking connectivity products with focus on supporting internal & customer testing and processing SWIFT messages in testing and [JF1] production.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

Coordination of external testing for changes introduced by a project inc. ad-hoc requests
Execution of external testing (customer testing) – support customer E2E testing of SWIFT messages and Xact, support the roll out of the new connectivity tool
Analyze customer connectivity profiles / requirements / issues encountered in testing
Onboarding of strategic client and partnerships customer testing – functional testing
Contribute to the BAT testing team as needed

Qualifications/ required skills

Good business knowledge and understanding of Clearstream's products and services, in particular Settlement and Custody
Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022/20022 messages for settlement messages
Excellent communication skills, highly customer-oriented
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, care for detail
Good organizational skills
Willingness to build network with project team members in Business and IT
Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
Dedication, flexibility as well as ability to work in a fast-paced environment
