What will be your position in our team?
We are seeking a recruiter with experience in hiring professionals in finance and operations to join our team and help us attract and hire the best talent. And the best part? You'll be supporting not only our Prague branch but also our hub in Germany where we have our headquarters so if you’re looking for an international environment, this is the place for you. In this role, you'll work closely with our managers, developing recruitment strategies for each section and representing our company in front of top-tier graduates and professionals.

What will your working days look like?
- Ensuring alignment between hiring department requirements and recruitment strategies
- Providing support to hiring managers and sharing best practices
- Identifying and evaluating qualified candidates
- Conducting interviews and working closely with hiring departments to select the best-fit candidates
- Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the application process
- Conducting active searches for suitable candidates
- Participating in talent reviews, promotion processes, and other cross-location tasks
You are a good fit if ..
- You are a proactive recruiter with reliability and punctuality in the DNA
- You have a good sense of humor
- You have good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors or any comparable cloud-based HR tool
- You have Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
