Your area of work
As a working student - Account Management (f/m/d), you will support the Intercompany Organisation team in the coordination and administration of intercompany contracts and ensure the implementation of processes and tools required for the fulfillment of the different tasks within the team.
Your responsibilities:
- You will support the team in the management of intercompany contracts (tool based)
- You will gain an interesting insight into the contract management of Deutsche Börse AG and its subsidiaries
- You will assist the Account Manager team with various support requests
- You will perform quality checks of the contract database
- Besides that, you will also support the team in the creation of guidelines, contracts and Excel-based analyses as well as in the optimisation of processes.
- In addition, you can expect many insights into group wide projects and initiatives and participate in daily meetings and will contribute by preparing meeting, taking meeting minutes and participating in the analysis and specification of the different business requirements from the team.
- Furthermore, you will be involved in the creation of analysis documents, evaluations, and PowerPoint presentations
Your profile:
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognised university for the entire duration of your employment and have completed at least two semesters (majoring in (business) informatics, mathematics, physics, economics, business administration, humanities or other relevant disciplines)
- Your initiative, commitment and ability to work independently, accurately and with a clear focus will enable you to integrate quickly into the team
- You also have very good communication and organisational skills
- In addition, you have very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point) and ideally experience with SAP applications
- You are fluent in written and spoken English, German knowledge is an advantage
