Your field of work:

As a working student (f/m/d) you are part of the Trading & Clearing Strategy Section and work closely together with the Business Intelligence Team and support with administrative tasks.
Trading & Clearing (T&C) is a division within Deutsche Börse Group and home of Xetra, Eurex, 360T as well es the European Energy Exchange. The Trading & Clearing Strategy section supports the development of the long-term organic and inorganic growth strategy from a division perspective. It maintains an ongoing business intelligence, manages organic and inorganic strategic projects, and acts as the interface to other areas within Deutsche Börse.

Your responsibilities

You will execute administrative and organizational tasks such as organizing meetings and travel administration
In addition, you will support with SharePoint maintenance and the onboarding process of pupil interns
You are involved in the preparation of workshops and gain interesting insights in management topics
You will support the Business Intelligence Team in the preparation of presentations and general research

Your profile

You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student
You enjoy working independently, well-structured and with attention to detail
You have very good communication skills and thrive in an international environment
You have excellent knowledge in MS Office and SharePoint
You are fluent in written and spoken English, ideally also in German
