Our Graduate Trainee Programmes are designed for graduates from around the world. For majority of our programmes, we look for graduates with good grades and a master’s degree, preferably in business administration, economics, engineering, information technology or a related field.
For our CFO-wide Trainee Programme, we look for graduates with a master’s degree in business or economics with a focus on finance and controlling, or an equivalent qualification. Bachelor’s graduates with an outstanding degree, relevant internships and some professional experience may also apply.
