Your area of work
Data Operations & Stewardship is crucial in the securities lifecycle at Clearstream. Our team provides pricing and ratings for collateral management, ensuring the most accurate and risk-averse collateral portfolios. We also offer data enrichment services for the income and corporate action teams, in collaboration with other service providers.
Once the final Terms & Conditions are received, we review the reference data, focusing on accuracy and coverage, to deliver first-class service to internal data consumers and, ultimately, to Clearstream customers. High data quality is essential for further automation of processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver all services and activities at committed service levels.
- Monitor Pricing and Rating tasks.
- Analyze the Terms & Conditions of each issue and extract key data from documentation.
- Ensure timely data enrichment of Clearstream’s Securities Of Interest (SOI) by correctly setting up reference data and predictable Income & Corporate Action events.
- Monitor inboxes and handle various internal and external queries.
- Liaise with international depositories and various agents.
- Chase missing or unclear information from market participants.
- Cooperate closely with external service providers, including quality monitoring.
- Collaborate closely with the Governance Hub located in Luxembourg.
Your profile
- University degree is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Willingness to learn, dedication, teamwork, and flexibility.
