Your Area of Work

We are looking for a highly adaptable and proactive Costs Calculation Expert to support our regulatory reporting activities across PRIIPs, MiFID II, DCPT, and CTI frameworks. This role is essential for managing business-as-usual operations and onboarding new clients, with a focus on guiding and consulting on cost disclosures.
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, a solid understanding of the asset management industry, and the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and support clients with data expectations and template structures. This role requires the ability to explain methodologies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate reporting.


Your Responsibilities

  • Support BAU processes for cost calculations and regulatory reporting across PRIIPs, MiFID II, DCPT, and CTI.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by explaining data requirements, template formats, and regulatory expectations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for transaction costs and ongoing charges, including methodologies such as Arrival Price.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (investor disclosure, IT, client services) to ensure smooth delivery and reporting.
  • Contribute to internal documentation and process improvements.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of fund structures and their impact on cost reporting.


Your Profile

  • Solid understanding of PRIIPs, MiFID II, DCPT, and CTI regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry, including fund structures and operational flows.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Junior Profile Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in asset management, fund operations, or regulatory reporting.
  • Basic understanding of investment products and regulatory frameworks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

Senior Profile Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in regulatory reporting or fund operations within asset management.
  • Proven experience supporting BAU and onboarding clients in a regulatory context.
  • Deep knowledge of cost calculation methodologies and regulatory templates.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
  • Ability to lead initiatives and contribute to strategic improvements.
