Your area of work:

You will join the Contract Support & Tooling Team at Deutsche Börse Prague Branch, where we oversee and maintain the contract lifecycle management system “Sirion” (a “Software as a Service”-Solution) for Deutsche Börse Group. Our team plays a key role in ensuring efficient processing, inventorying, and managing of contract documents across the organization, while continuously creating efficiencies and optimizing related workflows. In your role as Senior IT Project Manager, you will manage tool enhancement projects as well as strategic initiatives across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and our supplier “Sirion”. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and regulatory-driven transformation projects, making it an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who want to make an impact. Your responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end IT project delivery for Sirion-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Manage all phases of the SDLC: requirements gathering, design, testing-, and post-implementation support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal customers and stakeholders, ensuring smooth adoption and optimization of Sirion
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for system enhancements and integrations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Sirion’s AI capabilities to optimize workflows and contract processes
  • Oversee and monitor the vendor relationship with Sirion
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks and legal requirements
  • Support and Coordinate Audit requests
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, budgets, timelines, and executive reporting

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 6 years of IT project management experience, with proven delivery of complex projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, performance driven and target oriented working ethics
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools; Sirion expertise is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage
  • Preferred Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
