Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your area of work:

HR Global Services delivers high-quality HR services across the entire employee lifecycle. We are the go-to partner for employees and managers on HR administration and payroll support - from onboarding to offboarding. In Prague, our scope includes key lifecycle operations such as onboarding/offboarding, work-related certificates, short- and long-term absences, and payroll execution.

As HR Operations Manager, you will lead the local HR Services team with a clear focus: reliable service delivery, compliant payroll, great employee experience, and continuous improvement in a global setup with close collaboration across Prague, Frankfurt, and Luxembourg. This is a hands-on operational leadership (“player‑coach”) role, ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team while staying close to daily execution and process improvement. You will closely cooperate with the Head of HR Prague and report directly to the Head of HR Global Services

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of HR & Payroll specialists, enabling high performance, strong collaboration, and service excellence
  • Own end-to-end HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Czech labor law, social security and related local requirements, translating regulation into stable operational practice.
  • Manage payroll operations and steer the relationship with the external interfaces (quality, timelines, controls, issue resolution).
  • Drive data accuracy and operational discipline (case handling, documentation, governance, service metrics).
  • Identify and implement process improvements and support digitization/global initiatives (standardization, automation, and self-service).

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in HR Operations / HR Services / Payroll in the Czech Republic, in an international or matrix organization.
  • First experience leading others (team lead, supervisor, or strong functional lead), with a practical, hands-on leadership style.
  • Strong working knowledge of Czech labor legislation and HR operational practice
  • A structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach; you enjoy improving processes and solving issues end-to-end
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS) and solid HR data understanding
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent Czech and English (written & spoken)

You can look forward to our benefit package:
