The Transformation Enablement Team drives operational excellence across Clearstream by supporting transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and enhancing digital delivery. As part of this mission, the team serves as the central hub for all external customer testing, ensuring standardized processes, high-quality execution, and seamless client experience.

As a Client Testing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting B2B clients—large financial institutions operating in global markets—by coordinating and executing external testing for connectivity and settlement services. Your work will include managing end-to-end (E2E) customer testing, onboarding strategic clients, and contributing to transformation projects aimed at improving automation, scalability, and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage external customer testing for project-driven changes and ad‑hoc requests.
Execute end-to-end customer testing, including SWIFT message validation, Xact platform testing, and the rollout of new connectivity tools.
Analyze client connectivity profiles, requirements, and issues encountered during testing, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Manage functional testing and onboarding activities for strategic clients and key partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal business and IT teams and support the BAT testing team when required.
Ensure all testing activities follow standardized methodologies and align with transformation objectives.

Your profile:

Strong business understanding of Clearstream’s products and services, particularly in Settlement and Custody.
Knowledge of SWIFT ISO15022/ISO20022 settlement message formats.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with great attention to detail.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to build effective networks across Business and IT teams.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; French or German is an advantage.
Demonstrated dedication, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
