In this role, you will operate innovative solutions in collateral management and securities lending, right at the heart of our Global Liquidity Hub. You'll be working with a highly connected, real-time system that links to the world's leading financial institutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Reporting: Managing the post-trade lifecycle of securities loans and collateral, with a focus on ensuring timely, complete, and accurate SFTR submissions.
  • Data Administration: Handling both static and dynamic data within our systems.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Providing first-level support to clients and working closely with IT, Product Management, and other internal departments.
  • Process Improvement: Participating in product development initiatives and process automation.

Your Profile:

Core Qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, German or French is an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (e.g., complex formulas, data validation).

  • Clear communication and effective teamwork skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Knowledge of SFTR regulation and the associated regulatory reporting lifecycle.
  • Understanding of Securities Financing Transactions (SFTs) such as Repos, Reverse Repos, and Securities Lending.
  • Experience with VBA, Power Automate, or other process automation tools.
