Your area of work:
Clearstream's Investment Funds Services are the global backbone for standardization, automation, and straight-through processing (STP) in the funds industry.
Within this ecosystem, the Vestima Service Design and Implementation Team sits right at the heart of Global Fund Operations (GFO) and client interaction. We are the key operational and technical architects guiding our clients their onboarding, migration, and digital transformation journeys.
In this role, you will (amongst other tasks) act as a trusted partner, steering migrations, support testing while driving the automation and modernization of our connectivity network.
Your responsibilities:
- Customer on-boarding: scoping, technical set up, migration planning, execution of portfolio transfers, maintaining a continuous communication stream with the client
- Serve as the central bridge between Sales / Relationship Management, Clients, Product Management, IT, and internal GFO operational teams to ensure seamless go-live and operational readiness
- Transfer Agent implementations: manage the migration to Vestima (order routing platform) and Central Facility for Funds (settlement service) together with clients
- SWIFT 20022 testing & implementation
- Support Client testing: Coordinate and execute end-to-end client and market testing
- Customer data maintenance: agent/dealer code collection and billing processing
- Fund eligibility analysis and set up
Your profile:
- Academic degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable professional background in financial services
- 2-3years relevant experience in the fund industry
- Experience in the Investment Fund Industry (e.g., Transfer Agency, Custody,
Fund Distribution, or Fund Operations) is an advantage
- Strong client-facing mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Accuracy, curiosity, highly organized and flexible with problem solving skills
- Ability to steer multiple initiatives independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Good knowledge of MS-Office applications, analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; French, German, or Spanish is a strong asset.
