Your area of work:

The Transformation Readiness team is responsible for managing Operational Readiness activities and guiding Operations through the digital transformation journey. This includes assessing project impacts, designing and delivering tailored training programs, managing post-implementation support, and guiding Operations through change with a strong focus on ownership, accountability, and innovation.

This role requires close collaboration with project teams, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new functionalities and a successful mindset shift across the organization.

The team is based in Prague but plays a key role across all Clearstream locations.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze project scope and assess impacts on operational processes, systems, and documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to project implementation.
  • Design and deliver customized training programs and materials for impacted teams.
  • Compose and review Operational Readiness deliverables (e.g., CAPs, User Guides, SLAs).
  • Ensure end-user readiness through structured planning, communication, and support.
  • Coordinate and manage post-implementation support
  • Secure the involvement of Operations from the beginning of each project to foster ownership and accountability.
  • Promote proactive decision-making and active participation of Operations in project/release flows.
  • Guide Operations through the cultural and digital transformation journey, spreading awareness and building understanding.
  • Identify transformation needs and facilitate necessary training, workshops and innovation labs, in order to achieve common OneClearstream goals.
  • Support Operations in implementing and sustaining digital innovations.
  • Develop and execute interactive and practical training formats (e.g., workshops, demos)
  • Continuously upskill Operations through the Training Academy, aligning with strategic transformation goals.

 

 

Your profile:

  • Good business knowledge and understanding of Clearstream's products and services
  • Excellent analytical skills and care for detail 
  • Good presentation and organisational skills, to deliver interactive and practical training formats (e.g., workshops, demos)
  • Enthusiasm for digital transformation and innovation within Operations
  • Ability to support teams in adopting digital tools and practices
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to build network with project team members in Business and IT 
  • Independent way of working 
  • Willingness to continuously learn
  • Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
