Operations Transformation – Transformation Enablement (f/m/d)

 

Your area of work:

We are looking for a forward-thinking Operations Transformation Specialist to join our Transformation Enablement Team. This role is central to driving operational excellence through testing strategy and automation, process optimization, and digital delivery enhancements. The successful candidate will leverage technology and innovative practices to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and ensure readiness for transformation initiatives across CBF, CBL, and LuxCSD.

This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of operational processes by introducing automation, AI-driven solutions, and standardized methodologies that enhance scalability and efficiency.

 

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Testing Strategy & Automation
    Design and implement strategies to streamline and automate customer and external testing processes, leveraging AI and advanced tools to improve scalability and reduce manual intervention.
  • Process Optimization & Standardization
    Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and lead initiatives to standardize processes, minimize manual tasks, and improve alignment across business functions.
  • Process Improvement from a Project Perspective
    Embed continuous improvement practices into project delivery by analyzing end-to-end processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability. Ensure lessons learned and best practices are captured and applied across future projects.
  • Digital CSD Delivery Enhancement
    Contribute to the review and automation of digital CSD delivery processes, ensuring projects and changes are executed efficiently and with high quality.
  • Release Excellence & Governance
    Support release governance through enhanced reporting, collaboration, and readiness; contribute to transformation reviews and scalable delivery using automation and AI.
  • End-to-End Consolidation & Operational Excellence
    Drive consolidation of processes across CBF, CBL, and LuxCSD; develop tools and methodologies for project delivery, onboarding, and monitoring to ensure operational excellence.

 

Your profile:

  • Proven experience in process optimization, testing automation, or business transformation within financial services or a similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of testing frameworks, automation tools, and emerging technologies such as AI.
  • Experience in workflow standardization, release management, and digital delivery processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions.
  • Familiarity with matrixed environments and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
