Do you love organizing and bringing creative ideas to life? Join us as an Intern (f/m/d) and become an essential part of the Derivatives Marketing team at Eurex! We craft and deliver global marketing strategies for leading brands like Eurex - one of the world’s largest derivatives exchanges - alongside Eurex Clearing and Eurex Repo. With colleagues in Frankfurt, Chicago, and Singapore, you’ll be part of a truly international team driving impactful campaigns across advertising, events, email marketing, and digital channels, all with a strong focus on lead generation and thought leadership. Plus, you’ll collaborate on high-profile events and conferences, helping to plan, organize, and manage key details to make them a success. As an Intern - Marketing & Events (f/m/d), you will help bring global campaigns to life through targeted events and conferences! From booking and planning conferences, ensuring everything is ready onsite, and coordinating booth design with organizers, to supporting the execution of our own large-scale events with up to 1,500 participants, you’ll play a key role in making it all happen. Alongside these responsibilities, you’ll contribute to creative marketing initiatives and work with an international team shaping the future of derivatives markets. Your responsibilities:

  • You will assist in planning conferences, webcasts and targeted events, from initial booking to onsite execution
  • You manage administrative tasks related to event planning and marketing activities
  • You will help maintain timelines and checklists for events and marketing projects
  • You coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, materials, and communication with external organizers
  • You assist in updating marketing content across channels (e.g., website, email, social media) related to events
  • Furthermore, you will support the execution of in-house events from 100 to up to 1,500 participants

 

Your Profile

  • You’re enrolled as a full-time student at a state-recognized university for the entire internship and have completed at least three semesters. Ideally, your studies focus on business or a related field with a marketing emphasis
  • You bring initial hands-on experience from internships in marketing and exposure to events
  • Collaboration comes naturally to you; you integrate quickly into teams, while your curiosity and proactive mindset help you tackle new challenges independently
  • You’re confident with MS Office tools and can handle tasks efficiently
  • A Familiarity with content management systems is a plus 
  • You have a genuine interest in capital markets, including derivatives
  • You communicate fluently in English and German, both written and spoken
