Your area of work:
The Trading & Clearing Division accounts for the largest part of Deutsche Börse business activities. We operate the Cash Market, Financial Derivatives, Market Data, Foreign Exchange and Commodities markets and services within the Group.
Boards & Committees Trading & Clearing, which is part of the Trade Venue Regulation & Governance Section, is responsible for the Corporate Governance of the legal entities of Eurex and the Cash Market. The team administers the boards and the respective committees of these entities and ensures that regulatory requirements related to corporate governance are fulfilled.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for Meeting Management of Executive Boards, Supervisory Boards and Committees of Eurex’s legal entities as well as the boards of Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse)
- In this role you will be working alongside the members of the Boards and support them in steering the corporate governance
- Ensure the compliance with legal and regulatory requirements with regards to corporate governance, in particular for the public exchanges
- In addition you will further optimize corporate governance processes and fulfill ad-hoc requests from board members as well as internal and external stakeholders
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed your University degree in business studies or law or a comparable education
- Affinity to process management & operations with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency
- A high level of personal integrity and trustworthiness are self-evident for you
- Practical experiences and knowledge in corporate governance would be a strong asset
- Knowledge and understanding of the business of stock and derivatives exchanges would be a benefit
- You own strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken Englisch and German Your profile is rounded off by very good MS Office application
