Your area of work:
Centre of Competence/ Business Transformation - is composed of all operational staff in the Governance Hub allocated to ‘change’ activities. Staff in this team have a strong business knowledge and understand the applications used within operations. They are considered as Subject Matter Experts (SME) in various areas of business. In addition to their defined activities, they are able to step in where required in BAU activities allocated to the Delivery Hub.
Your responsibilities:
Understand the scheduled deliveries and the release plan, get confirmation of the release baseline scope
Preliminary impact assessment of changes on applications and business teams, high-level effort estimation and provide input for the Budget discussion at Product and Cluster Level
Close collaboration and supporting the Delivery Hub
Oversight & Control function
TARGET (T2S) Services Centre of Competence Activities
Euroclear & External Provider Testing
Your profile:
Good business knowledge and understanding of Clearstream's products and services, in particular Settlement and Custody
Proven experience as test manager / operational readiness officer and sound understanding of project management practices
Excellent analytical skills and care for detail
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills and willingness to build network with project team members in Business and IT
Independent way of working
Any additional experience in Summit methodology, test tools like JIRA and ALM, SWIFT communication system and network is considered as an advantage.
Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
