Your area of work
Prague HR Services provide high quality services to our internal customers, covering the whole employee lifecycle. Our local team is the trusted partner for our employees providing administrative support and payroll services. As a team leader, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a collaborative environment, and cooperating on digitization and global initiatives alongside colleagues in Prague, Frankfurt and Luxembourg. You will be closely cooperating with the Head of HR Prague and reporting directly to the Head of HR Global Services.
Your responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of HR & Payroll specialists [10 colleagues], providing guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure service delivery along the employee lifecycle, guaranteeing a seamless experience for our employees.
- Manage payroll processing and collaborate effectively with our external payroll provider.
- Data Management and Process Optimization
- Ensure compliance with local regulations including legal and social security requirements.
Qualifications/required skills
- Relevant Leadership Experience
- Profound knowledge of Czech legislation and HR practices within an international environment.
- Structure, reliable and solution-oriented approach.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with a proficiency in written and spoken Czech and English.
