Client Team Summary

The Client Teams are responsible for Investment Fund order execution with the relevant market counterparty. Given the importance and responsibility associated to this function a strong attention to detail is required along with good organisational skills to ensure that all fund deadlines are met. Client Teams are also responsible for instructing all necessary payments following the execution of a transaction. If the Client instructs to deliver or receive shares free of payment from a counterparty, we liaise with other financial institutions to complete all necessary paperwork and submit to the transfer agent. The completion of documentation and booking of cash needs to meet all compliance and regulatory requirements and all team members are responsible for achieving this; risk awareness is key in all we do. We also work to timely transaction settlement in the market. The teams’ responsibility also includes reconciliation of our client’s portfolios, ensuring that our system of record is consistent with the positions held by the client in the market. In the event of a mandatory fund driven event or corporate action, we process these on our clients’ accounts also. As the teams are client facing and deal directly with the CLient’s day-to-day queries with respect to their accounts and pending orders, good communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
