Your area of work
As an intern you will support the team in the Client Services Trading & Clearing department specifically Key Account Management.

Key Account Managers support the whole lifecycle of exchange members and prepare them for new services, change processes, and regulatory shifts. This team focusses on US Trading and Clearing members and cover various types of financial institutions. 
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to experience the lifecycle and management of clients who trade and clear on the derivatives exchange. You will have hands-on training on how the exchange operates as well as intensive knowledge of the different client types we offer.


Your responsibilities

  • You will support the Key Account Managers in their daily work with customers and employees
  • You will gain interesting insights in onboarding of Exchange Participants
  • Furthermore, you will support the team by monitoring monthly trader exams
  • In addition to these tasks, you will gain insights in the services that Eurex offers
  • You will support strategic internal projects that may arise
  • You will actively participate in weekly internal (global and local) and external meetings


Your profile

  • You are either actively working towards or have obtained a bachelors or masters degree at a state-recognized university, preferably in business, finance, economics, or other relevant fields
  • You are interested in European and US financial markets
  • Interns should demonstrate self-motivation as well as be able to work independently
  • In addition, portray strong communication skills and have the ability to work well with others
  • You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications, SAP, and SharePoint.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English 

 

Hourly Wage: $22
