Your career at Deutsche Börse Group
The Compliance Function works in close coordination with the individual business units and other group control functions to ensure adherence to national and international laws and regulations applicable to various components of the Deutsche Börse Group and all their areas of activity. AFC Monitoring unit in its role of first level screening for Deutsche Börse Group needs to ensure the fulfilment of its regulatory obligations to comply with anti-financial crime policies. Main tasks include usage of central screening tools of Deutsche Börse Group as well as further information sources/services in an accurate and timely manner with the aim to validate customers as well as further internal data detected by the central screening tools for manual review.
Your responsibilities
- Investigation of data flagged by the monitoring system – alerts
- Evaluation of several risks connected with system alerts
- Applying controls and procedures applicable to the unit's activities
- Documentation of actions taken
- Assistance with the continuous process improvements of reporting tools
- Close cooperation with team colleagues
Your profile
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Good written and spoken English required
- Accuracy and details orientation: organizational skills to ensure accurate and complete documentation, including risk evaluation and comprehension of connections between several processes
- Complexity and analytical skills: ability to think complexly as well as ability to assume and evaluate the risks and impacts on all areas
- Strong team player in a multicultural environment
- Ability to manage multiple (changing) priorities and ability to work under pressure
- There is no need to have experience in the banking/financial sector

Work Schedule: Part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
