Deutsche Börse’s Data Services business supports capital market participants in their digital transformation and is consistently at the forefront of market data digitization. Our clients are the leading financial organizations worldwide, amongst them the leading investment banks, hedge funds, high frequency trading firms and specialist providers of financial information.
The Client Services team accompanies our clients through their whole lifecycle with market-leading services: from contract processing, to preparing and ensuring correct billing, as well as providing daily support regarding contracts and invoices.
We are looking to hire a Dunning/Collections Specialist within the Client Services Unit. In this role, you will be managing Data Services’ client dunning and collections processes. Your responsibilities will include monitoring bad debt and communicating with clients. You will be the main interface between several department stakeholders to ensure outstanding payments are consistently reviewed, monitored, and communicated.
Your responsibilities
- Dunning/Collection process within the Data Services department
- Clarification of outstanding payments with Customers (Business-to-Business)
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Investigation of invoicing issues to ensure payments are timely processed
- Ability to solve difficult situations using own judgment and sense of initiative
- Willingness to propose process improvements and developments
Your profile
- At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance/Accounting/Customer Service environment, specially in Accounts Receivables
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Solution and goal-oriented, and self-driven approach to address daily challenges
- SAP R3, S4/HANA knowledge is an advantage
- Good command of MS Office
- Detail oriented and strong analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, communication and relationship building skills
- Great language skills in written and spoken English are required. German and/or other European languages are a plus
