Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your area of work

Setup-up and processing of corporate actions (CA) events including proxy voting (MEET events), disclosures, DWACS (deposit/withdrawal at custodian) and mandatory events including general events and issue data change. This includes bonds, equities, DRs as well as investment funds on CBF side.

Your Responsibilities

Monitoring and processing of CA events for domestic and international
Collection and processing of instructions from clients
Coordination of MEET events with external providers like Broadridge and ISS
Distribution of entitlements to clients
Reconciliation of cash and securities differences
Participation in continuous process improvements
Monitor and solve customer queries
Acting as key point of contact for internal and external parties with reference to the corporate action events

Your profile

Secondary school, University degree is a plus
Knowledge within banking operations
Service orientation with excellent telephone and communication skills
Problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
Very good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
