Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

Your responsibilities:

  • Proactively support the Heads of 1) Business Development & Commercialization, 2) Issuer CSD Services and 3) Eurobonds Business / Member of CBL Executive Board

  • Manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements internationally including preparation and follow-up of meetings

  • Organize international travel arrangements and process of travel expenses

  • Organize, prioritize and handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure appropriate action is taken

  • Prepare various correspondence and documents for the management; edit and proof correspondence and documents

  • Organize and drive key team events including on and off-site meetings and team-building events

  • Overall ordering processes including on- and off boarding of external service provider and respective communication with third parties

  • General office management including related month-end tasks and time data responsibilities

  • Assist with regular internal reports

  • Processing of all pending organizational and administrative tasks for Management

  • Preparation of presentation documents, reports, analyses and decision-making documents in English

  • Assume further responsibilities related to business management where capacity permits

 
Your Profile:

  • University degree and/or completed commercial apprenticeship preferably with further education for executive assistants

  • Several years of experience as an assistant to senior management

  • Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing, German and / or French a proficiency desirable

  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc), SAP-System desirable

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills and ability to independently prioritize and assume multiple tasks, team orientated philosophy, willingness to change, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines

  • High levels of integrity and discretion as well as impeccable attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong relationship skills, discretion and a friendly professional appearance

  • Good manners, quick grasp, good time management skills and flexibility 

  • Sovereignty, self-initiative and high degree of service orientation

  • Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision

  • Experience providing project-related support, PMO or first Project Management Skills
