Your area of work:

In your new position as Intern in Clearstream Funds Services Area, you will support all relevant administrative andreporting matters. Focus is on support for Travel Expense settlement.
We offer you the chance to acquire valuable experience about the volume of the administrative work in a bank where employees travel a lot.
You`ll deep dive into the daily business of a fast-acting business area. You will be surrounded by positive people ina friendly & challenging work environment.

 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Priority on administrative support: Travel Expense settlement, Travel bookings, Offsite Organisation, Room booking & Catering booking support,ad hoc support in day-to-day business for the assistants

  • Filing of important information and draft templates for various organisational requirements

  • Work close with the assistants and be pro-actively by thinking outside of the box

  • Support organising physical meetings, events, offsites (Hotel, travel, event research etc.)

  • Support Onboarding new employees for the teams & request various accesses

  • Being consistent & provide your results once a task is finished proactivitely

  • Self-sufficient learning by using company internal trainings for innovation (One note, empower etc.) &storing useful trainings, information for the assistants at respective database.

  • Hand over & training for next intern to guarantee a smooth transition when you finished your internship

 

Your profile: 

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program within a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement, OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months.

  • We are looking for driven, creative, open-minded individuals with excellent, communication & written skills

  • High interest and /or experience in administrative topics, filing, travel & agenda management

  • Positive & open-minded character, respectful, motivated & curious attitude

  • Precise and structured working style

  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team

  • Being proactive & resilient & flexible thinking

  • Good/advanced technical skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) are mandatory

  • Experience/knowledge in Sharepoint, One Note and other MS365 applications are an asset

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory

  • Knowledge of French, German or another language would be an asset
