Your career at Deutsche Börse Group
You will be part of the Organisational Services team, responsible for activities previously outsourced, now managed internally. The role focuses on maintaining organisational governance documentation and supporting corporate contract lifecycle processes across Deutsche Börse Group entities.
Your Responsibilities- Organisation Manual Administration: Coordinate updates of Organisation Manuals in compliance with national and EU regulations; perform formal checks of documents; initiate annual update requests; manage author groups, department configurations, and document uploads; handle technical issues and restructuring.
- Corporate Contract Lifecycle Management: Organise and deliver virtual user trainings for the Contract Lifecycle Management application; coordinate and document Contract Management Working Group meetings; provide first-level support for the application; manage change requests and update user guides.
- Governance Support: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; maintain accurate records and documentation in relevant systems; support audits and respond to queries from internal/external stakeholders.
- University degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in governance, documentation management, or contract administration.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with document management systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English; German is an advantage.
