Your career at Deutsche Börse Group

 

The ASPT role requires close collaboration with the teams in Eschborn,

Luxembourg, Prague and Singapore delivering the GAS operational services for Asset

Services. In addition, close interactions with Projects impacting Asset Services, Operations

Transformation, IT, client facing units, Product as well as with Network Management.

Development and/or delivery of Asset Services training programs if required.

 

The following activities are performed by the ASPT:

Projects/initiatives:

- Contribute in workshops, meetings and discussion, bringing GAS expertise

- Contribute in the writing of business requirements

- Review BRAs and other documents, when required (Alfresco)

 

Testing:

- Review and assess the testing effort for the testing tasks allocated by Test

Management in CTM Lab, in coordination with other ASPT SME and potential

GAS Ops testers

- Clarify and/or challenge the requirements if needed

- Write Business Acceptance Cases (BACs) covering all aspects of the

changes

- Execute the tests as per plan (including regression tests), raise testing

environment issues, testing deficiencies and potential needed changes.

Update the test cases statuses in CTM Lab / Xray and provide testing

evidence

- Execute the test and provide testing evidence for the deficiencies JIRAs (adhoc

testing)

- Contribute in the transition and releases tasks allocated to GAS (business

health checks), monitor and report issues during the post release period

- Support the operational readiness related activities

 

Centre of Competence:

- Deliver training (Corporate Actions, Income, Tax)

- Provide AS related topics support to:

o GAS business delivery units, answering their requests with a “learning

by doing” approach

o IT (mainly Custody)

o Other Clearstream and Deutsche Boerse departments, among others:

Product, Relationships managers and Client Services, Network

Management, other business units

o External parties,: clients, depositories, agents…

- Raise business enhancements requests (ERMS) based on the needs of GAS

units

- Report bug and deficiencies encountered in production by GAS units, after

discussion with the IT owners
