Your area of work:
The Regulatory Reporting and Monitoring unit plays a crucial role in assisting trading members with their reporting obligations, helping them navigate regulatory requirements and prepare for regulatory changes, while delivering exceptional client support. As a Working Student (f/m/d), you will support the team in ensuring that our trading members maintain full compliance with regulatory requirements across Eurex and the Cash Market.
Your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for client outreach activities regarding our trading members' compliance with MiFID II reporting requirements
- You support the handling of client queries as well as inquiries from internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication
- You contribute to the monitoring, assessment, and implementation of regulatory changes and updates in internal systems, processes, and guidelines
- You support digitization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- You assist the team with various project-related tasks, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and other supporting materials
Your profile:
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university throughout the entire period of employment and have successfully completed at least one semester
- Initial practical experience through internships, working student positions, or university projects in the financial services industry is an advantage
- You are highly motivated, eager to take ownership, and demonstrate a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style
- You have a strong client-service mindset and excellent communication skills, enabling you to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- You possess strong analytical skills and enjoy working with processes, data, and regulatory topics
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage
