Job Summary: as an experienced SFDR specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance with the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, sustainable Disclosure Requirements (UK-SDR) and will be responsible for integrating sustainability related disclosures into our reporting processes.
Key Responsabilities:
- Develop and implement SFDR/UK-SDR compliance strategies and policies.
- Develop and implement standard market as EET reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability-related information as pre-contractual and periodic reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SFDR/UK-SDR requirements into existing processes.
- Monitor regulatory developments and update the company’s SFDR/UK-SDR framework accordingly.
- Provide training and support to staff on SFDR/UK-SDR related matters.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and address any queries.
- Prepare and review SFDR/UK-SDR disclosures and reports.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SFDR requirements.
- A deep understanding of the asset management industry, and European regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant financial software.
