Your Area of Work:
We are seeking an innovative and action-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic Data Solutions Product team in Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to help shape the next generation of data products and services supporting the investment fund industry. Working at the intersection of Product, Data, Operations and Technology, you will contribute to the evolution of products that help clients manage regulatory reporting, fund distribution and data management challenges.
We are looking for more than someone who can gather requirements and manage backlogs. We are looking for an AI-native thinker who naturally questions how work is performed, challenges existing assumptions, and actively explores how technology, automation and artificial intelligence can create better outcomes for clients and internal teams.
You will work closely with experienced product managers, operations specialists and technology teams while building the skills required to become a future product leader.
Your Responsibilities:
Product Development & Delivery
- Support the development and enhancement of data products and services across our portfolio
- Work with Senior Product Managers to define, refine and prioritise product requirements
- Translate business, client and operational needs into clear product features and user requirements
- Contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery through to testing, launch and post-release evaluation
- Help coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Operations and Technology teams
Innovation, AI & Continuous Improvement
- Actively challenge existing processes, workflows and product approaches
- Identify opportunities where AI, automation and emerging technologies can improve products, operations and customer experiences
- Experiment with new tools and ways of working, sharing insights with the wider team
- Help shape the future evolution of our data products through creative problem-solving and innovation
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity and learning
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build effective working relationships across Product, Operations, Technology and business teams
- Support workshops, working sessions and requirement-gathering activities
- Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders
- Help ensure priorities, decisions, risks and dependencies are clearly understood and documented
- Contribute to product communications and stakeholder updates
Your Profile:
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Technology, Engineering or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, technology, operations or related disciplines
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Interest in financial services, data products and technology-driven businesses
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI, automation and innovation
Skills

- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate effectively with different audiences
