Field of activity

Business Intelligence & Support provides insights for Clearstream Global Operations to support informed decision-making, contractual and regulatory compliance. The team uses tools like MS Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyse data and create visual reports. These insights help business owners track performance and make strategic decisions. By working closely with stakeholders, the team delivers tailored information to optimize operations.

As Business Intelligence Analyst, you work closely with various departments to design and establish performance metrics, create regular and ad-hoc reports, and communicate results to support strategic business decisions and to drive business value.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business owners to gather and understand business requirements for insightful reports and dashboards, aligning with organizational goals
Act as an intermediary between business owners and dashboard developers, facilitating clear communication and project completion
Ensure the quality and accuracy of dashboards and reports
Manage the dashboard pipeline and backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery

Qualifications/required skills

Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven, multi-year experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
Strong communication skills to identify business requirements and work with IT/data management
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus
Knowledge of the financial services industry and Clearstream's products and services, in particular Security Services, is a strong asset
Experience in working with cross functional teams in multi-national corporations
Being a pro-active team player with “can do” attitude, self-organized and target-oriented
Proficient in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
