Eurex Clearing AG is one of DBG’s clearing houses and a leading central counterpart globally. We stand between the buyer and the seller for all for all derivatives, equities, bonds, and secured funding transactions closed in the markets organized and operated by DBG. As a CCP, we mitigate counterparty risk and maximize operational efficiency for our Clearing Members and clients by combining seamless post-trade services, efficient collateral, and delivery with industry-leading risk management.

 

Your area of work

We are seeking a dedicated ETD Clearing Operations Analyst to join our team in Prague, DBG’s second-largest location after the Frankfurt headquarters. As a member of our team, your focus will be on the clearing of Futures and Options transactions closed on the Eurex exchange as well as the cash and collateral management processes.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Functional operation and control of the electronic post trading systems to ensure proper clearing of all trades.
  • Execution of standardized clearing processes.
  • Validation of customer instructions as part of cash and collateral management.
  • First level support and helpdesk for Clearing Members.
  • Customer Trainings on GUI functionalities.
  • Emergency and incident management as well as escalation up to senior management level 24/5.
  • Cross-border collaboration with employees from the Group’s various other locations.

 

Your profile

  • University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and financial derivatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented mindset.
  • High degree of reliability, flexibility, and customer focus.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on public holidays.
