Field of Activity
Business Transformation contributes to the successful implementation of system, application-based changes within Clearstream by handling both the business acceptance testing and the operational readiness activities.
The User Acceptance team is part of the Business Transformation section and is responsible for managing business acceptance testing and ensure smooth implementations of project deliveries on the Clearstream platform.
As the Acceptance Test Manager, you will assist the Line Manager in terms of test planning, business acceptance test preparation, monitoring of business acceptance testing results and coordinate all related activities within the test and verification team.
Main Tasks & responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements and define a business acceptance test approach
- With the business test team, organise the timely business acceptance scenario preparation
- Assist in co-ordination of the business acceptance testing activities and the test team
- Test coverage and results follow up
- Prepare test progress reports for management and other test related metrics
- Assist and follow up Transition tests and results
- Provide post-implementation support and contribute to the project close down report
- Liaise with senior stakeholders on key issues and provide expert and influential advice
- Inspire and motivate team, provide direction and manage performance
Qualifications/required skills
- Good business knowledge and understanding of Clearstream's products and services, in particular Settlement and Custody
- Proven experience as test manager and sound understanding of project management practices
- Excellent analytical skills and care for detail
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to build network with project team members in Business and IT

- Any additional experience in Summit methodology, test tools like JIRA and ALM, SWIFT communication system and network is
considered as an advantage. - Proficiency in written and spoken English; French/German language skills will be an asset
- Dedication, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile
Please note that we only offer limited contract on this position (untill 11/2025).
