Field of activity
The Group Compliance Function works in close coordination with the individual business units and other group control functions to ensure compliance with national and international laws and regulations applicable to various units of the Deutsche Börse Group and its business activities. The Compliance Function has a proactive role in the identification of possible compliance or reputational risks, including those that may arise in connection with new activities and products. Compliance defines group-wide compliance policies, supports their consistent application within the group entities, and provides centralized services including the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, international financial sanctions, anti-corruption, data protection, and the prevention of conflicts of interest and related securities law requirements.
To ensure that employees of all units of the Deutsche Börse Group comply with relevant laws and regulations, Group Compliance established a Training Framework to provide customised mandatory e-learnings to the employees. Compliance offers end-to end service to Compliance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other business areas including e-learning design & development, roll-out, maintenance, reporting, technical support (customer service) and stakeholder management.
Tasks/responsibilities
- Your main task is the creation of e-learnings by transforming training content with the use of an authoring tool.
- You will technically roll out the e-learnings to the employees of the Deutsche Börse Group using the training platform SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- You will support users answering technical inquiries
- You will be responsible for the quarterly and ad-hoc reporting regarding the provided e-learnings
- You deliver data to back up answers to frequent audits
- You will collaborate with subject matter experts during the creation of the content, get an understanding of the topics and align on the design
- You will advise on how to structure and present the content best for an easy learning experience
- You support to continuously optimise the e-learning creation, rollout and reporting process
Qualifications/required skills
- You have completed your academic degree in Business, Economics or a related area
- Excellent design skills and creativity
- Experience with management reporting
- Very good communication and collaboration skills
- Methodical, concise and accurate, with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and proactive – ability to tackle challenges as they arise
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment where you can actively contribute your ideas
- Fluent in business English (German as an asset)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or similar learning management platforms
- Experience with an authoring software for e-learnings (e.g. iSpring or equivalent)
- Experience in customer service as an asset
